Full simple walkthrough

This guide is intended to just let you simply finish the game. Collecting all items, pins and secret reports will be a separate guide.

Reaper’s Game

At first after a long scene you’ll be prompt to use the pin on the bottom right hand corner. Just tap it with your stylus. Again another bunch of speeches and a message comes up.

“Reach 104. You have 60 minutes. Fail, and face erasure.” The Reapers.

So this is your first battle, listen to tutorial. Use run and dash, there’s no HP yet so no need to worry. Try to get used to basic movements and then press start and tap “Gotta bound”. Yes escaping from battle.

Another battle is on your way. In this battle you will get Pyrokinesis and boot/reboot. So what are these stand for? Likely you know.

After Neku make a pact with Shiki go right and then head north for 104. Here’s another battle, but a little different. Shiki will fight in top display and you in lower one. Call this Top-screen combat.

Finish  all the battles with frogs till you come up with a big boss. After defeating this easy boss you will obtain Scarletite.

Day one was some sort of tutorial. Here it ends, so get ready for day 2.

Don’t Kill Me

This day starts with this message from Reapers

“Set the cursed sculpture free. You have 60 minutes. Fail, and face erasure.” The Reapers.

Go left and speak with the guy in red hood. Here you encounter another wall. And obtain (B) scanning. Tap the icon on bottom right to scan the world and read the minds of others apart from other players and Reapers. Scanning is the only way to find noises too. So go ahead and use it. See “The world is more than just what you see”

Touching any noise in scan mode will warp Neku and his mate to their combat zone. So go ahead and touch three noises around the guy with red hood.

Here comes three battles.

You will obtain Thunder strike, Force rounds, Shockwave and (B) controls/ touch, (B) controls/ slash. At the last battle you will get another pin, Obstacles.

You can use all pins… wow you’re a psych genius!!!

Here you get the mail icon in upper left corner, tap it to check your objectives.

After finishing all three battles the way will be open for you. Now you can go. Here you meet two other players. There are four options. Ask all of them (at first there are just three, after asking them the fourth one will be added.)

At last choose “no more questions!” to obtain items below.

Obtain Cure drink, (S) Phone menu, (B) wearing pins

Go to the phone menu (aka in game menu) then pin sub-menu and wear some pins. Read help upon entering the menus or read it later.

Now get back to game. Go up then left and speak with red hood guy again, this guy means wall. On your right there’s a guy, but for now just forget about him. Now you have to check the Moyai statue. You know where it is, next to the guy on right side of street.

Smells dangerous, so save the game through phone menu. Now scan the area around Moyai. There’s a lot of noise here, battle time. Personally I recommend blade and shockwave pins, but this is totally up to you to find out which pins suit you well. Keep in mind all the battle grounds here are full of vehicles and signs, so Obstacles pin is a good option too. You will see a cut scene and after it the last battle, finish it and objective’s met. But remember you’ve just opened the wall. Now you have to look for Hachiko, another statue. You will obtain (S) extra slot here. This adds an additional pin slot. Go up to Statue of Hachiko area.

Scan around the Hachiko to find a green noise. Touch it and a fight with a pig. Piece of cake. Now check the dog statue. There are three options here.

1.       Take a closer look. This will let you know Hiachiko seems less lovable.

2.       Hachi fest? This gives you some information about Hachiko festival.

3.       Scout for more info. This let you go and search for more.

Get back to the West exit bus terminal and scan the area around the Moyai statue. There are some noises here, but more important is the guy next to the statue (you remember it, don’t you?) read his mind. If only I could polish… his pain away… enough, you got the point. Get back to Statue of Hachiko area and check the statue again. This time there are only two options.

1.       Polish the Hachiko

2.       Scout for more info

Choose the first one and use your stylus to polish it.

Here comes a boss. You have to fight with three wolves. Try to make combos both with Shiki and Neku to send puck to each other. Fight with stylus and directional buttons simultaneously. Once defeated you will obtain (S) DEF Boost. Now a Reaper girl appears, after a chitchat you have to fight a tough battle. Some wolves alongside an annoying hedgehog. Try to move around and stay away from that damn hedgehog. Defeat them and you will get (S) ATK Boost, Ice blow and another Scarletite.

Again the Reaper girl comes but don’t worry there’s not any more battle on your way. After the long speeches” you will save yourself and screw everybody else”.

You will obtain (S) shutdown and (B) shutdown.

Who 2 Trust

Start in a dark area, so keep going left until you hear footsteps. Yes this is Shiki… why she’s alive, the reason is Sanae Hanekoma. This guy is a guardian.

Here comes another message.

“Defeat the master of A-East”

“You have 360 minutes. Fail, and face erasure.” The Reapers

After a conversation you get the (S) easy option. Now head south to the exit.

Once out you will obtain (B) Talk to your partner. A little upper there’s a guy called 777. Check him out. There are two options. Choose 1. Tech, to find out the tech is missing. Choose the second one for more info. There are two options at the end.

1.       You got it!

2.       Find him yourself

Choose the first one, Neku will say you why. There’s Lapin Angelique store at upper left but for now leave it alone, or you can get there and exit and obtain (B) Shop clerks and (B) Item abilities. Head down and a little left to see another red hood guy (aka wall). There are four options. Ask all of them for a piece of information. Upon choosing “no more questions!” you will obtain (S) ESP Cards and (S) Fusion Boost.

For now get ready for a battle. Choose between two options. All set! Or Hang out just a sec. Choose the latter if you want to save or change and check your pins. The first one will warp you to combat zone. As you are invulnerable no need to worry about HP. Just concentrate on learning Fusion. Try as many times as you like by choosing “One more time!” and finish it with “That’s enough!” Now objective is met and wall is clear. Now enter Dogenzaka.

Here head right. On your way there’s Cosmic corner store. It won’t sell you anything yet but get in and check all the 5 options. This area is crowded with noises, so this is good a place to level up all your pins here. Sweep them all and try to use all your pins to master them all. If you’ve got any trouble with battles use a mastered favorite pin and change two remaining slots. This will helps a lot.

Go all the way right to reach Ramen Don. Enter it to see tech. but eventually he goes. Here you can buy foods. There’s a good instruction for foods in game, so I don’t bother you here.

Get out and speak with tech. he’s surrounded by noises. Erase them, there’s a yellow noise here. You will obtain (S) DEF Boost, (B) Red noise symbols and (B) yellow noise symbols.

Head back to A-East. Speak with tech, but he will go without doing anything. Go all the way up. Another time, a red hood guy. Erase two noises of the type he said and the wall will be clear. Just focus on the specific types of noises. Defeating others won’t do any favor. Get back to red guy, now the wall is clear. You will obtain (S) Jump and 5000Y.

Wow… now Shiki can jump and I hope you already know why is this important!

Now you reach to Shibukyu. Here you encounter Beat and Rhyme. Speak with them. Ask the two options and then the additional one, “imprinting”. You will get some info on “meme” and “imprinting”. Try to be creative on them. You obtain (B) memes and Black out.

There’s a man in suits standing next to a traffic light. He’s your first human subject for experimenting Imprinting. Do that. A little upper tech is standing. Go and do the same on him. You hear something about “the guy”. At the upper part of this area you will find Shibukyu main store. Enter it and explore all three parts to get some abilities. Get out, scan here, there’s a green noise here. Another chance, an easy battle with a pig for 5000Y. Here’s a lot of noises, fight them or just skip them.

Head back to A-East and enter Concert stage. There’s a man behind the fence at upper right. Scan, and you will find out about a FUSE. You obtain a meme! Go back to A-East and from there to Shibukyu Main Store. Go to tech again and imprint him, this time choose “Fuse”. Follow him to A-East then Dogenzaka and finally to Ramen Don. You obtain a meme!

Back to Cosmic Corner, Tech’s there. He will return to A-East, so do you. Speak with tech and 777. Now you’re ready to face the curse of A-East. Go inside Concert stage and this time at the upper right behind the bars there’s tech, speak with him and… Boss time.

Shiki has to fight a horde of bats, but you have to face just one, not fair. But that’s totally fair yours is a really giant one. Use all you’ve got. This battle is not as hard as it seems. Destroy some bats with Shiki and make a good time to beat the Giant Bat. Do this till the monster falls down. Now use your pins on it as many times as you can to kill it. Try to use combos and send puck to each other. You will obtain (S) ATK Boost, Poison Boost and a Scarletite.

Now again Beat and Rhyme will appear and finish the job. “Good thing they two came along!” after a long meeting of Reapers, DAY 3 will be finished.

Erased

“Reach Towa Records. No time limit. Fail, and face erasure.” The Reapers

You’re in 104 building. Speak with Beat and Rhyme to obtain (S) Noise report. Any try to reach scramble crossing will end with Shiki’s complain. Before getting to 104 that’s located on left, you can fight noises here to master your pins and earn money.

Enter 104 and ask about all the options and at last choose “Do some shopping”. Explore all four part of shop to unlock some abilities. Upon exit you will obtain (S) Brand awareness, and (B) Shop quest!

Now you have to take the top brands in each area into account. Using them will increase or decrease your attack power.

Now you’re free to go to Scramble Crossing. There you will learn some info about Pig noises. Green noises worth so much money. They’re just a simple fight with a piggy. If you enter an area with a pig noise, the pig noise indicator at upper right will light. Here you obtain (B) Green noise symbol, and (B) Pin growth/evolution.

On far right there’s a red hood guy. This time he needs Two 1000Y pins. For getting more pins go to your phone menu and decrease your LVG level, but be aware decreasing the level will cause enemies drop more pins in expense of lesser HP. Find some noises with 1000Y and clear them. Get back to red hood and wall is clear. You obtain (S) Extra slot, (S) chain 4, and 5000Y.

Go to Shibu Dept. Store. Here go to right till a conversation about Neku’s  buttons starts. You will obtain (S) Backlash! This is Shiki’s counter. Try to get used to it here. Speak with the man and woman who stand next to the sign, nothing special for now. Enter Shibu Dept. Store, it’s made of three parts. Here prices are too high.

On the far right there’s the man in red again. This time he needs five 500 Yen. You may be free to pass if you’ve fought the noises here before. But if the wall is there, just get back and clear some noises. You obtain (S) DEF Boost, (B) Chained battles and 5000Y.

You can try chain battle here. Just choose multiple noises at once and you will fight them in order you’ve chosen them. The enemies will get tougher but you will gain more PP and Pins.

Right side leads to ??? this place is Cadoi city. There are two ways here, but first let’s Shiki’s dream comes true. You already know Beat and Rhyme are waiting. So speak with them who are standing between two ways. You obtain (S) Mingle mode here. Check it at your phone menu. Now enter Cadoi city. Brows all three parts to unlock abilities. I strongly recommend save the game here.

Go to the far upper right to watch some scenes. Here comes Koki Kariya and Uzuki Yashiro. Here’s Towa Records. You have to get rid of the noises here and you will obtain Lightning moon. Now it’s time to avenge Rhyme, a boss fight.

Personally I use thunderbolt on this shark. Stay away from the waves around it, that’s safer this way. This shark has strong bites. Using the newly acquired Lightning moon is useful too, though it’s not leveled up yet. After defeating the boss you will obtain (S) ATK Boost, Masamune and Scarletite.

Empty Urban Legends

“Free Spain Hill from the Noise. You have 200 minutes. Fail, and face erasure.” The Reapers

Take another look to your phone menu, yes it has changed a lot. You are in Tipsy Tose Hall. Go all the way left to see a man in a grey suits. Touch him and when prompted move the coin to the white circle SLOWLY (you have to do it slowly). You obtain a meme here. Go to the far right to AMX. There’s nothing inside the CD Shop Max but better to check it out. Once out scan the area and you will see a fast moving yellow noise. This noise equals 5000Y. So why don’t you give it a try? A meme will be obtained too. There’s a green noise here. Check them out always.

Head back to Tipsy and speak with red guy. He wants you to wipe out two of this area’s largest Noise symbols. Do as he wishes and get back to him. You will obtain Murasame, Durable leather and 10000Y.

Now enter Spain Hill, you have to clear all the noises here. At the far right there’s a man in black hood. He wants a special CD from you to clear the wall. Easy job. Get all the way back to CD Shop in AMX and buy him a CD. Now return to him and receive your reward. Obtain Crimson Chili and 1000Y.

Head to Molco. Nothing special here. Talk to kids to get some info about Tin Pin slammer and a mall for shopping. Don’t forget to deal with green noise. It means 5000Y.

Return to Spain Hill. In the middle you will find Mexican dog. If you enter it you’ll see a scene of Ai and Mina. Enter it for the second time to buy some foods if you want. Outside try to clear out noises, but they will never finish. The reason is the two girls have arguments. Touch the girls and imprint them. Choose the Reaper Creeper and between two options choose “Sounds like fun”. Just drag the coin to the colors AI says and finish this misunderstanding. Defeat the remaining orange noises and get (S) DEF Boost.

A little conversation about friendship and a big guy called Yodai Higashizawa will appear. A boss battle is on your way.

This boss is tough, so you can increase your LVG level back. But you have to do it long before. Try to attack from distance. Shiki can help you a lot. Don’t get close to this monster. It’s got some powerful attacks that will drain a lot of your HP. Honestly this was the first time I faced game over. After defeating you’ll obtain (S) ATK Boost, (S) Retry Battles, Sexy D and Scarletite.

There’s a surprise in story here, but I’m not going to spoil the game.

Superiority - Inferiority

“Dominate the scramble Crossing view at 3:00. You have 180 minutes. Fail, and face erasure.” The Reapers

After speaking with Shiki you will get Red Skull. Right way leads to Shibu Dept. Strore, top way goes to 104 building. A red Reaper is standing between these ways on upper right. But for now go to the lower right and speak with a man called Makoto. Scan him twice and clear the fast orange noise around him to get (S) Safe Landing, you will get three memes here. Touch him with your stylus again and for imprinting choose Totally Gnarly!

Now head back to red guy on upper right and this time he tests your knowledge. Pass the quiz to pass the wall. These are questions and answers.

1.       Which of these is a shop in 104 building?  “Edoga the shop”

2.       What’s on the sign outside Shibu Dept. Store?  “high heels”

3.       Which of these does the Bigbanfrog use as an attack?  “Bubbles”

Pass the quiz to get (S) DEF Boost, Orichalcum and 5000Y. Now you can go to Center St. Entrance. Go all the way up to reach another red hood, but on your way check Makoto. For imprinting this time choose “Unreal, bro”. Here’s red hood guy’s turn. You have to bring him three rare metal pins. Just do some battles and acquire the rare metals.

Back to red guy and you will obtain (S) ATK Boost, Sleek silk and 10000Y.

Go to AMX then Tipsy Tose Hall and from there to Spain Hill. Makoto is here on far right. Check him out, this time choose “Come get some hot stuff”, you have to do this twice. The guy will come closer.

Here you have to follow him to Scramble Crossing. For those who are poor in reading maps, first go to the far left and enter Tipsy Tose Hall, here head right to AMX, from there go to the far right to reach Center St. Entrance, go all the way down to get back to Scramble Crossing.

Shiki will go eventually, so go down a little and speak with her. She will be gone again. Go left to speak with her again and cheer her up. Now check out Makoto on bottom left. Apparently you know what to do. You can influence the local brand chart by wearing threads and pins from your favorite brand into battle. You will get (B) Be a Trendsetter. Wear the appropriate pin and clear some noise for the sake of Makoto. Continue fighting till Makoto claim the victory!!!

Go up to 104 and clear some noises here while wearing the pin to make it hot here. You will obtain Scarletite .

The Shiki’s story reveals more here. She’s gone to Scramble Crossing, follow her. She’s standing on bottom right. Speak with her and she will eavesdrop Eri, pin gets hot too. Another ridiculous meeting of Reapers and finish.

Wakeless Dream

This is it… Day 7. Yup today we win this.

“The Game Master awaits you on the freeway. Defeat him. You have 600 minutes. Fail, and face erasure.” The Reapers

There’s a guy in black hood on your right. He wants you to bring him one natural magnum. There’s another black hood guy at upper part of area. He wants you to bring him some funky shakes. There’s another black hood guy at the upper right corner too. He throws you a quiz. Below are questions and the answers.

1.       What’s the name of Kura Kura’s saleslady?  “Yuu Narumi”

2.       Which of these commands activates Happy Beam?  “Slash Neku”

3.       Which brand makes the slogan bandannas?  “Hip Snake”

I prefer to don’t bother any of these guys, but feel free to do their jobs and get some items. You’ve got two tough boss battles on your way. When ready, head left to Statue of Hachiko. There’s a red hood guy at upper left corner next to Shibukyu Stationside. Browse Shibukyu Stationside if you like, next go for the guy. He wants you to fight through a three-reduction chain battle. You can do this in this very area. You will obtain (S) ATK Boost and 5000Y. Your way to West exit bus terminal is now open. Get there and remember to save your game here. Halfway down you will encounter a black hood guy which throw you a boss battle.

Here comes a big bird with an infinite horde of little ones. Use little ones to make fusion attack available, but don’t use it blindly. Wait till you hear the roar of boss, while in both screens, use fusion on it. But this is not enough. Try to attack it whenever is in sight. You have to dodge the obstacles it drops, so why don’t you use these objects against little birds. Attack the big one with your powerful pins that inflict damage from distance. If you think your HP is insufficient for this battle, bring some cure pins. Once defeated you obtain Meteor Magnet, one of my favorite pins.

Continue your way all the way down and turn right to enter Station underpass. Here you have to get ready for another boss battle. I strongly recommend to equip newly acquired pin, Meteor Magnet. You can clear some noise here to level it up. Go forth and here comes Game Master.

Killing this boss is really easy. Just watch for his slams. Dodge and dash a lot. Attacking from distance is the key to win this battle, that’s why I said you bring Meteor Magnet here. Longtime favorite Thunderbolt is a good choice too. Feel free to bring Cure Drink, but I don’t like it. Defeat him and obtain (B) DEF Boost, Earth shake and Scarletite. That’s end of Shiki part.

This guy is your second partner. “I’ll never get used to this! But I’ll deal with devil if that’s what it takes.”

Rulez

“Game I: x = 30 + 74    t = 60 min. Incompletes will be destroyed.”

Start again at Scramble Crossing. There’s a red hood guy on top, but he’s in idle mode! Go left to Statue of Hachiko. You will encounter Reaper’s here. A new battle alongside your new partner. Clear them up to obtain (S) High & Low Cards, (S) Sidestep and (S) Fusion Boost.

After the introduction scene scan the area. Something’s wrong about Joshua, isn’t it? You have to head to 104.

Go back to Scramble Crossing. Speak to red Reaper. Here you will learn fusion with new pact. Try as many times as you like by choosing “one more time!” option. Select “That’s enough” when you’re done and the wall will be cleared. You will obtain (B) Controls/Press, Long Live the Ice and 5000Y.

Now head up to 104. Timer’s gone and you’ll be introduced to new Game Master named Sho Minamimoto. A boss fight is on your way. An easy battle and nothing special. Just watch out for Joshua, he can’t jump, just dodging. Sigh… such a “prickly partner” is Joshua. You will obtain (S) Hard and Scarletite.

Reapers

Scan the area, you can scan Joshua. Watch the conversations and now you know what is your entry fee this time, that’s Shiki Misaki.

“Game II: Acquire the √3 Au pin.  T = 300min.  Incompletes will be destroyed.”

Here you’re in Scramble Crossing. Go right to Shibuya Dept. Store. A red hood reaper is standing at the far right. He asks you to erase all the noises possessing people in this area. So just clear orange noises. You obtain (S) ATK Boost and 10000Y. Now enter Cadoi City. Here there’s a way leads to ??? before entering it you can check the store and remember to save. Now head that way. You have to fight a black noise. These enemies are tough and their attacks inflict massive damage, so watch out for Joshua. Defeat them and obtain (S) DEF Boost, Ichimonji and scarletite.

Now you’re in Molco area. There’s a black hood reaper asks you to bring him a Definitive Chili Dog, if you want to do that head to Spain Hill and buy from Mexican Dog, else enter Molco that located at upper part of area.

You have to play Tin Pin Slammer, this is a mini game. Don’t worry, there’s a warm up game which lets you train the game as many times as you like. Try to get used to it, but no need to master it. When done, you have to play the real game. Show them what you’ve got and win the game. You will obtain TIN Pin Slammer, Tin Pin Custom and (B) Tin Pin Slammer.

Now it’s time to get back to Scramble Crossing. Head Down to Cadoi City.

Roamin’ the streets

“Proceed to Cat street. Time limit: 15 minutes.”

Head to upper right and enter Center St. Entrance. Go all the way up to enter AMX, but you won’t. Head back to Scramble Crossing and this time go right to Shibuya Dept. Store. Go to the far right to enter Cadoi City. Upon entering this area a red reaper will appear. Go all the way right and do what the red guy here wants to obtain (S) Phone camera, Konohana Sakuya and 5000Y. Enter Towa Records.

On your right is Towa Records store why don’t you take a look at it? At the end there’s the way to Miyashita Park underpass. Go there and at the far right there’s a red reaper in need of One Pop Pendulum. Clear the noise to get 5000Y.

Continue your way in Miyashita Park to enter Cat street. Here first check out the Jupiter of the Monkey. Next enter Wildkat. Get all the information about The Café, Joshua, The mission and The phone from Hanekoma. Get back to Miyashita Park, go to the far left to enter Miyashita Park Underpass and continue your way to Towa Records. Go down to reach the Cadoi City. There’s a battle here, against Beat. Just an easy fight. He’s got some tough attacks and a great deal of HP, but you’re not meant to kill him. Just do some attacks and get Octo Squeeze and 10000Y.

At the upper left corner losers of the Tin Pin Slammers are speaking. Go to Shibuya Dept. Store and from there back to Scramble Crossing. You can go to the black reaper down here. He throws you a quiz. Here are the questions and answers.

1.       Which of these is on sale at Wildkat?  “Bouillabaisse”

2.       Where is the Phone booth of love?  “Near Molco”

3.       Which of these is a German composer famous for the Musical Offering and Air on the G string?  “Bach”

You will get Cozy down and 1000Y.

There’s a red guy up there. He asks you to make Natural Puppy number one at brand chart. The only way to track signal pass from here, so you have to do this. From your phone menu throw away your favorite pins and wear some pins branded with Natural Puppy. Clear some noises while wearing these branded pins to make Natural Puppy number one. For me this takes a lot of battles. You will be rewarded with 1000Y and Fluffy Cotton.

Here in Dogenzaka, go far left and enter Shadow Ramen. Now go to the far right and erase the orange noises around the man standing in front of Ramen Don. You obtain (S) ATK Boost and Crackle Pop Barrier. Enter Ramen Don, a flash back to Shiki and again head to Shadow Ramen. Enter it and after some conversations again enter it to get a meme. Go and check the man in front of the Ramen Don. You have to do imprinting here. Select the only option you have, Dessert. Follow him and enter Ramen Don. Exit and go far left to A-East. Two guys are standing next to the entrance to Concert Stage. Check them out. Now you have to erase the orange noises around the Prince and obtain (S) DEF Boost and scarletite. Then you will get another meme. Head back to Dogenzaka and speak with the Ramen Don guy. This time for imprinting choose Simple. Follow him and enter Ramen Don, a long a conversation and chapter will end.

Pinned

Start in Scramble Crossing head to upper right for Center St. Entrance, all the way up a red hood Reaper is waiting. He asks you to bring him one sexy+ that’s a pin. Set the difficulty to easy and erase some noise (feel the difference between normal and easy). Wall will be clear so go to AMX. Check the CD Shop if you like. At the far left a red hood asks you to fight through a four-reduction chain battle. Remember to set the difficulty back to normal for more XP and pins, or just leave it on easy if you’ve fallen in love with it. Choose lesser noise for your ease. Get 5000Y and head to Tipsy Tose Hall.

At the upper left corner you can enter Stride and play Slammer. Now speak with 777 and choose “sure”. Check him again to get (S) DEF Boost, 10000Y, 10000Y, 10000Y and another 5Y!!!

You have to find a mic. Check the strange pile of junks here. Check 777 for more info. Your objective is to get to Molco. Go to Spain Hill and at the far right speak with Tenho (red hood). Ask all the options and continue your way to Molco. Here you will be introduced to Nao & Sota, you will get Tin Pin Golem too. Then head down and check the phone booth. You can check the booth again to review images. Now head back to Spain Hill and from there to Tipsy Tose Hall, then AMX, next Center St. Entrance and at the end to Scramble Crossing to see BJ (black hood). He’s standing next to the way to Shibuya Dept. Store. Speak with him and head back to Tipsy Tose Hall (follow this way: Center St. Entrance then AMX) and speak with 777.

Here you have to choose the proper image. For the first time choose 2.02, second time you have to choose 1.55. Then you will be asked to say the name of the thief, here choose the last option “None of the above!” you’ve settled down the problem here, head left to???

Once entered to Shibu-Q Heads you have to fight with Beat. Another dumb fight, just try to dodge with Joshua and inflict a little damage on Beat, nothing more. You will obtain (S) ATK Boost, Live Slow, Die Fast and Scarletite. At the center check the store and do some shopping if you like. Now go to the far left and enter Udegawa Backstreets.

Half way up the stairs Cyco Records is located on your right. Enter it. Now go a little further up and check the Wild Boar on your left. Now speak with Joshua whose standing up the stairs. Here scan the area and try to read Joshua’s mind, another surprise before closing the chapter.

Turf

This day you have to meet Mr. H. Go right to Shibuya Dept. Store. There’s a wall here. You have to make D+B hot in order to clear it. Throw away all your pins and just wear pins with appropriate brand. Now fight through some battles until your desired brand reaches the number one. You will obtain (S) ATK Boost. Now get to Shibuya Dept. Store. This time the red guy asks you for Ramen. Back to Scramble Crossing and then to 104 building, next enter Dogenzaka. Joshua will ask you a question here, the right answer is “Owada Dogen”. Enter Ramen Don and buy a Shio Ramen for 580Y. Now continue your way back to Shibuya Dept. Store. Wall’s been cleared and you get Psych support.

Go to Cadoi City and the reaper at far right will throw you a quiz. Here are answers.

1.       Who owns Ramen Don?  “Ken Doi”

2.       Which of these show up on the menu once you are friends with the owner?  “Insta-noodles”

3.       How much for a bowl of Shio Ramen?  “580Y”

(S) DEF Boost will be obtained.

Now go to Towa Records. After a scene from reapers speak with the red reaper at the end. You have to wear all Mus Rattus threads. Obviously you have to fill up all your item slots with this brand.

Clear the wall and get Strong Body. Go to Miyashita Park Underpass. Another reaper is waiting for you. This time you have to play Tin Pin, what an odd request. Beat him and you can pass. You will obtain Tin Pin Thrift too. Go to Miyashita Park and another reaper. You have to erase all noises with two pins. Don’t expect anything from these pins. Try to control Joshua yourself (I recommend to control your partner by yourself for entire game) for faster fusions. Go to Cat Street and watch a scene from reapers. Enter Wildkat for some conversation with Hanekoma.

Get back to Miyashita Park then to Miyashita Park Underpass. Now you have to fight with Beat. Try to use dash and dodge more than regular. Most of his attacks will massively drain your HP. Just slap him for sometimes and get (S) Safe Landing and 10000Y.

Continue your way to Towa Records, next go to Cadoi City and from there go to the far left to Shibuya Dept. Store. Welcome back to Scramble Crossing. Continue your way to Statue of Hachiko, then West exit bus terminal and finally Station Underpass. Go to the far right and after encountering the wall head back to left and try to enter west exit bus terminal. Here comes a boss fight. Hit the Rhino with your best shot and finish the chapter. Try to attack it from distance or its sides. Don’t stand in front of it at any cast. It will be finished easily & quickly. You will be rewarded by 10000Y and Scarletite.

Beast on the prowl

“Game VI: Beat the bosses of 2.2360679’s 0+5.

T= 60min. Incompletes will be destroyed.”

Once started, you will get (B) Black Noise Symbol and (S) Levitate. You start at Scramble Crossing. The way that leads to Center St. Entrance is the only way open. Go there and fight with black noises to get Pride ‘n’ proud. Now enter Center St. Entrance and then go to AMX. A reaper is under attack. You have to choices, help him or just leave him alone. I prefer to help him. Erase noises and get 5000Y, that’s why I prefer to help! After a little conversation you will get LIVE. Enter Tipsy Tose Hall and here again you can help Sota or just keep moving. I help him. Clear some noises and get (S) DEF Boost, after some scenes you will get Velocity Attack too.

Head to Shibu-Q Heads and here again you have to choose if you want to help the reapers or just ignore them. Help them and clear easy noises to get 5000Y. Go to Udegawa Backstreets. A boss fight is waiting for you. Erasing these two standing wolves won’t bother you a lot. Watch out for their paw attacks and try to attack from distance. Beat them and obtain (S) ATK Boost, 10000Y and Scarletite.

Clash of desires

“Game 7: Erase the Game Master at Pork City. Time = 600minutes. Incompletes will be erased.”

As always start at Scramble Crossing. Go to 104 Building to get another message. Continue your way to Dogenzaka and at the far left instead of going to A-east go to the way that leads to an unknown place.

Now you’re at Pork City 1st Floor. Speak with two reapers at the far left. Now speak with black reaper for a piece of advice and then red reaper. He asks you to erase noises here.

Hint: some brands won’t work here so choose your brands wisely. For example my precious Meteor Magnet is totally useless.

Clear all the orange noises and go to red reaper to get (S) ATK Boost and 5000Y. Now choose the way that leads to ??? to reach the Pork City 2nd Floor. This is an exact copy of first floor, but believe me this floor is much easier. Speak with reapers. Black one gives you some advice and red one asks you to de-noise the area. Do this and back to red reaper to get (S) DEF Boost and 5000Y.

Again head to ??? you have another chance to reconfigure your pins for boss fight. No more restrictions on pins so choose your bests and get ready for a tough boss. When ready enter ??? and here comes a boss. He is on your screen or Joshua’s, so keep an eye on him and attack him. Don’t waste your time by killing others, just focus on him the other player can kill noises for Fusion attack. When he’s in his wolf form, attack him from distance and stay away from his massively powerful paws. Cure drink is a huge help here. Beat the boss to get Candle Service, 10000Y and Scarletite.

This guy is your last partner and the worst one, his fighting style is a real pain in whole body.

Sensible, Senseless

“Game 1. Reach 104.

Time= 60 minutes

Cost of failure: Expunction.”

Go left to Statue of Hachiko. Watch a scene of reapers and another message will come. You have to fight noises but you’re alone and totally vulnerable, so press START and choose “Gotta Bounce!” after some scenes you’ll make pact with Beat, “This guy’s a freakin’ rhino.” An easy battle with noises and get (S) Fusion Boost, (S) Suit Cards and 10000Y. Watch a lengthy scene.

You’re at West Exit Bus Terminal. Go down and enter Station Underpass. After the scene again enter Station Underpass. Now go to the far right to reach the Shibuya River. After some scenes head back to West Exit Bus Terminal, from there to Statue of Hachiko then to Scramble Crossing. Speak with red reaper on your way to 104 Building. You have to options, obviously choose “all set!” to go straight to battle or choose “hang out just a sec” for some configurations. Do this battle and try to get used to your new partner’s fighting styles and tricks. Do this as many times as you like and at last choose “That’s enough” to clear the wall and get Hot Gaze, 10000Y and Scarletite.

Style

After the introduction of new Game Master you will be informed of your mission.

“Defeat me. You have 6 days.”

Go up to 104 Building and then to Dogenzaka. There’s a wall that Beat will open it. Beat the reaper here and get (S) ATK Boost, Kewl Line and 10000Y. Now continue your way to A-East. Speak with 777 whose standing next to the Concert Stage entrance. A battle with a reaper and some bats, that’s easy. Finish them and obtain (S) DEF Boost, Self Found, Others Lost. Enter Concert Stage and another easy battle. Finish this too and get 10000Y. Check the center of area to start a boss fight.

A horde of tiny or better call them normal size bats in upper screen and a big one in lower. At first just try to beat as many bats as you can with Beat, while running around and dashing with Neku to avoid the big one’s attacks. When the lights are on, that’s payback time. Use your pins and attack the big bat. Try to attack tiny bats with Beat at the same time to get fusion. Use your fusion wisely. When it seats, that’s the best time to go near and inflict some damages. Repeat whole this till the giant bat turns into a golden tiny one. Now it’s totally vulnerable. So do some attacks and it’s done. You will get (S) Block, Microcosmic Pull and Scarletite.

The Composer

Speak with Beat, next check the guy at the lower right of Scramble Crossing. Go right, there’s a wall here so you have to pick another way. Go right to Statue of Hachiko, next go to West Exit Bus Terminal. a black reaper will throw you a quiz. Here are the answers.

1.       Which of these does a psychedelifox turn into?  “A mushroom”

2.       Hose picture do you see after you’ve mingled?  “Mr. Mew”

3.       Which of these appears before Tin Pin Slammer’s title?  “Inpincible!”

You will get Hot Dog and 5000Y. Go to Statue of Hachiko, then to Scramble Crossing and continue to 104 Building. Check two men at left side. Now enter Center St. Entrance and beat the black reaper to get 1000Y. Go to AMX and next to Tipsy Tose Hall. Again check two men at far left. You have two options. I chose “Just this once”. Move the coin to white area. After long scenes you will get (S) Air Cancel, (S) DEF Boost and 10000Y. Then go to AMX.

You have another mission now, “Defeat the pissed off reaper!” There’s a boss fight here. This lady is very fast. I recommend bring in the Cure drink pin. Follow him well with both Neku and Beat. Try to attack him from near or by fast moves. Defeat her to get (S) ATK Boost, Casual Pendulum and Scarletite.

Indelible Guilt

You will start at Miyashita Park Underpass. Go left, there’s wall. A mail will be received from Kariya.

“See you at Towa Records. Key’s in the box.”

There are four points here to check. Try to remember the patterns. Here defeat the top left and bottom right orange noises. Then speak with beat and choose “Press it”. Now go to Miyashita Park. Check the point of interest half way through to see a box with a moon sign on it. Erase the four big noises of the same kind here. Speak with Beat again and choose “press it”. There’s another box with a sun sign inside. Again scan the area. There are four noises in a straight line. Erase the two middle noises. Head back to Miyashita Underpass. Another time three noises are in a straight line, clear the middle one. Speak with Beat and choose “Press it” again. Go to the far left and speak with Beat. Go left again to reach Towa Records.

Scan the area and exit. A boss fight is on your way. At first part just attack her and try to stay close to her. I found icicle pin useful here. You will get (S) ATK Boost and 10000Y. The second part is really tough. This time Neku has to deal with Kariya and Uzuki is against Beat. Watch out for Beat, he will consume most of your HP. Try to dodge a lot. These bosses are extremely fast, so you will have a rough time to attack them. Bringing in Cure drink pin or projectile pins is a wise move. Use your fusion as well. Beat the second part to get (S) DEF Boost, Playmate Beat and Scarletite.

Vanishing Point

Start again at Scramble Crossing, go to Center St. Entrance. Check the two girls on your way to AMX. Go to Tipsy Tose Hall. Check the guy in suits at lower left corner. Now go to the black reaper for a battle. Finish it and get (S) Safe Landing, (S) ATK Boost and 10000Y. Scan the area and cancel it. Go to Shibu-Q heads. This area is full of reapers. Go to the far left and you’ll be surrounded by a group of reapers. Clear this tough battle to get (S) DEF Boost and 10000Y.

Head to Udegawa Backstreets. Enter it to fight a black reaper. Defeat him and get 1000Y. Check an interest point in the middle of Udegawa. Among three options choose “Four days ago”. After a surprise go down the stairs, our two old friends are waiting for us. So you have to fight them. This boss fight is pretty the same to the latest battle with them, but this time they have a Fusion like attack, so watch out. Defeat them and get Flower of Flame and 10000Y.

Stride

As usual you start at Scramble Crossing, and your target is Cat Street. Go right to Shibu Dept. Store and check two Slammer guys, nothing special. Go to Cadoi City then to Towa Records next go to Miyashita Underpass and continue your way to Miyashita Park. Here there’s a wall on your way to Cat Street. Try to enter Cat Street again and you have to fight with a black reaper. Defeat him and get 1000Y. Now you’re in, enter Wildkat and after a long scene you will get two 10000Y.

Go back to Miyashita Park and defeat the black reaper to get 1000Y and enter Miyashita Park Underpass. Get back to Towa Records and from there enter Cadoi City. Here you will see a heap of garbage. Check out that junk and a boss battle will come up.

Again Minamimoto is the boss. This is really a tough battle. Finish him and get Scarletite, (S) ATK Boost and (S) DEF Boost.

For the last time you will start at Scramble Crossing. Before going to the right direction you can search the city and buy anything you like or upgrade your character. When you’re ready, follow the way below.

Go left to Statue of Hachiko, then to West Exit Bus Terminal and continue to Station underpass. The standing black reaper won’t do anything so go all the way right and enter ???. After some scenes try to re enter ???. Defeat the upcoming black reaper and get 1000Y.

Now you’re in Trail of the Sinner. A mail will be received by you.

“Konishi wields shadow and illusion. You’ll find only lies with the naked eyes.”

“P.S. Beware of shadows.”

Continue the long way to right and enter ???. This place’s named Rubicon. At the end speak with Minamimoto. A real hard boss battle.

Kill noises in lower screen by Neku and use Beat to deal with the boss. After a while you can attack her by Neku too. Later you will lose all your pins. Try to stay in her shadow with neku and don’t let her to step in your shadow, you know what to do with Beat. To use Rhyme pin tap empty space just like other projectile pins. Try to beat her with this pin. Defeat her and get (S) DEF Boost, (S) ATK Boost, three 10000Y and Scarletite.

Another mail will come.

“See you in the Composer’s chamber.”

Now you’re in Trail of the Bygone. You’re mission is simple and straight forward. If the composer stands between you and life, then he has to go. Go right and check the pile to get Pi-Face’s Cap. Go all the way right to enter Dead God’s Pad. Go up and speak with Megumi.

This boss is not that hard it seems. Beat fights Shiki and you have to deal with Megumi himself. This is an straight battle so nothing to mention. Just try to be evasive and attack him a lot.

Defeat him and get Lightning Rook. Scan the area to find a door. Now you’re at Trail of the Judged but all alone. Go all the way right to enter Room of Reckoning. Go up to speak with Megumi. Another boss…

His head is usually in upper screen so try to attack it with Shiki, search sides of bottom screen for his tail. Attack it with Neku. When his head appears in lower screen don’t waste time and attack it with Neku. You have to do the same with Beat to finish him.

Here comes the last boss. This boss is the most annoying one in the game. You’re not all alone in this battle but your trapped partners will barely do you a favor. Try to attack his heads but don’t just concentrate on middle one. Get ready to dash his attacks, though you’re not supposed to know which head will attack you. Keep an eye on upper screen. After making a pact with each partner you can use them to multiple your attacks, in order to do this you have to press directional buttons as they appear in upper screen. At the end touch the large pin to finish him. Finish this battle and the game will be finished.

Just watch the ending scenes, “The world begins with you”
