  • Mandarb I completed Argimon's dundeon - rescued Catacomber and found Argimon's item. I am going to keep that for now - he is not nice. Before I left to deliver supplies - I realized I did not have all the weapons (umm, did I sell them - I don't remember) so I started buying them but decided I wanted to move on. So I went to Zlatagrad and delivered food and potions. Spoke with the General and he did not seem that upset about the supplies. So I started thinking that I know there are spies and thieves so maybe I did not have the supplies. I read the list at the time but did not check my inventory at the time. Something to think about. Well, off to rally up some reinforcements. I am sure I willl be back with questions.

  • linkdude101 Alright look. I'm in argimons dungeon, and I'm completely stuck. Everyone says, "Tap the walls!" I DID!! I've tapped them all, because the map is a square. The only place I haven't got to is the middle, because I have to go through that door in the room with the thirteen switches. I can't open it, though I have the strange key and the blue dragon key. The only doors left are the one in the switch room and the bone made one, in the northeast, with the house door behind it. Neither keys work. Finally, someone said there's a map on catacomber.com, but I looked there and couldn't find it. Thank you for reading this long question, now PLEASE answer it!!!

    • Jethro [HOLIII] Search the sewer next to the little girl who gave you the quest, and click on anything "unusual" (requires some patience, but you will find it).

  • Knelis In the Barren Peak Cave there are two holes which give me the message "It's too narrow to climb through.", or something like that. Is there a way to go through them? If so, how?

  • The Quest Player Fire and Ice problem please!... can't open the gateway (no key). The governor only offers two dialogue streams 1 about Dolf the merchant and 2nd about his bodyguards. When does the gov offer the key? Did I miss a quest somewhere? (did all the fire isle quests I think). If I can't find this key I may have to skip the ice island :(

    • Chalob undead's can't do heal magic, they can do mind magic. some undead magic heals, some does damage, and some drains hp (transfers health from enemy to spell-caster). i think that since undead magic includes some healing magic it's better to be undead. this is the only race which really ends up being different later in the game.
    • tshum A word of advise. Getthe spell drain health for the undead. That has helped me a ton.
    • Jkimball Nbd magic gas nothing to do with undead magic. It's basically miscellaneous spells that don't fit in other categories, like status ailments draining mana and telling information about your opponent. Undead magic is a little bit of everything. Heal yourself, drain your enemies health, damage them, inflict diseases, things like that. However even though you have strong disease and poison resistances, since you can't do heal magic you can only cure them with potions. Other downsides are people not really liking you, and being very vulnerable to magic
  • The Quest Player Help me! I can't find way to get skull in matras cemetary. It says I can't go down the hole because there is no ladder. What should I do?

    • Michele_Laconto If you're in the cemetary of Matras, try to use Burning hand spell or magic missle spell if you have it. It works better sometimes than a weapon when you are first starting.

    • Michele_Laconto Do the quest for Baba Mayana I think it is. Then a bridge will appear across.
    • Jkimball You hve to find the amulet in the sons remains for the old lady on the island. You have to find the key down there to open a gate blocking your way, wander until it caves in and you're trapped. Then make sure you pick up the key before you teleport out of being stuck, or it's lost forever. It's in a skeleton that you find after falling down a hole if I remember correctly

    • Jkimball Gold globes restore them, like the red and blue ones that restore magic and health. Can't find them till the first hero of lukomorye though
  • Knelis Hey, what's the easiest way to become evil without going to jail and losing personality points and such? I just killed this one dude "The Damned" and got four pieces of kick ass armor, but i have to have an evil alignment.

    • Knelis nvm i got it...it wasn't too bad either, just went to bertard and got it all covered for 750
    • Jkimball You know u don't have to go to jail when the guards catch you. Just pay off the fine, it's usually not too bad. Also, think hard, cause some armor requires being good and it's a lot harder to work your way up to good than it is to go evil
    • The Quest Player Yeah, but overall, evil armour/weapons are better and more plentiful than good
    • Chalob in hol1-redshift university there's an item w/ 2000 enchant storage which requires good alignment. in hol2 you get 6 items from order of the sword that are all enchantable, some superiorly, which require good alignment.

    • Jkimball I read it, It's a good start, but I think you should add a little more, like I found that betting cards is a great way to make some quick money at first, and enchanting a set of gear with only mercantile only for when you sell things. If you just added a little more, I think it would be very helpful

    • Michele_Laconto There's a guide for this and even a picture exactly where it is. If you move a a little down river and walk to the waters edge and touch in front of you, you will find it eventually.
  • tiktax346 in hol3, i have claw of the sphinx and child of light, but it seems that their condition decreases rather rapidly. is this a glitche or what
